Craftbeer Universe is a personal journey through the world of craftbeer. What started as a curiosity for different styles and flavors has grown into a structured way of exploring breweries, traditions, and craftsmanship behind every glass, and writing Craftbeer reviews.
Each review is based on my own tasting experience, focusing on balance, character, and drinkability. Alongside my own notes, I include broader ratings to give context, but the goal remains simple: to document and share an honest perspective on the beers I try. These CraftBeer reviews aim to highlight both quality and individuality.
From classic Belgian abbey beers to modern craft brews, this site is a growing archive of discoveries — one beer at a time. It also serves as a place to learn more about brewing techniques, ingredients, and the stories that shape each beer.
Nice tripel, which is quite fruity. Not as dry as I’m used to in a tripel beer, but very enjoyable. Especially interesting with an ABV as high as this. Normally you’d loose a lot of the creamy fruitiness.
